Toy is genderless! The bubbling hat is a unisex hat toy inspired by the play pattern of a Nerf gun. It can spit out bubbles by squeezing the two straps on the side. The concept was purchased by Camp NYC, Inc. A Nerf gun does not have to be in a gun shape — my strategy was to change the shape of regular Nerf guns to make "play" seem less violent while adding humor to the activity.
